Descriptif
This session explores global competence as an essential quality of today’s graduates — the ability to learn, work, and lead across cultures with empathy, ethics, and agility. It shows how internationalisation in higher education is no longer defined by numbers or mobility alone, but by how well universities prepare every student — on campus or abroad — to thrive in a connected yet divided world. Through real examples from the GE4 Network, UTM, and global mobility programmes, the session invites students and university leaders to see internationalisation as a shared journey toward confidence, communication, and intercultural competence. Participants will be encouraged to engage actively in intercultural learning, virtual collaborations, and study-abroad experiences as pathways to personal growth, employability, and global citizenship.
