Descriptif
This module pursues the objectives to share current best practices tools to analyze and improve processes, tools coming from Lean and Six Sigma approaches in order to be able to implement such kind of improvements.
This module handles the DMAIC methodology useful and helpful to deliver and drumbeat results and savings.
Students will have the opportunity to implement some of the tools through projects they will conduct.
Objectifs pédagogiques
At the end of this course, students should:
CILO 1: To understand Lean and 6 Sigma principles
CILO 2: To discover and use Lean & 6 sigma tools and methodology with serious games and application
CILO 3: To be able to implement DMAIC project method to solve a problem / an opportunity
CILO 4: To discover some basics of statistics
CILO 5: To be able to lead a project with DMAIC methodology
If the student successfully demonstrated his/her ability to lead a project with the DMAIC methodology, he/she will get the certification “Yellow Belt in Lean Sigma”
