Objectifs pédagogiques
Course 3.1 : Basics of Project Management (CAPM certification)
- Grasp the generalities of project management, of its vocabulary, context and objectives
- Structure and organize the management of a project, and produce a management plan and its main components
- Define or understand existing metrics and KPI to track project progress
- Have a good knowledge of PMI® project management tools and techniques and be ready to get the CAPM credential
Course 3.2 : Problem Solving and Agile Project Management
- Understand the objectives and stakes of continuous improvement and agile projects
- Know the tools and methods of continuous improvement and agile projects
- Know the key principles of a successful continuous improvement or agile project
- Facilitate a continuous improvement or agile project
