Descriptif
Knowing the good practices to reiengineer organizations and their business processes. This course is mainly oriented on Lean-6 Sigma methods and practices on one hand, and on Business Process Management on the other hand.
Objectifs pédagogiques
Course 5.1 : Lean-6 Sigma (Lean Sigma Yellow Belt certification)
- Understand Lean and 6 Sigma principles
- Apply efficiently Lean & 6 sigma tools and methodologies
- Discover 6 Sigma basics of statistics
- Implement and lead DMAIC project method to solve a problem / catch opportunities
- Be ready to go through Lean-Sigma Yellow Belt certification
Course 5.2 : Business Process Management
- Know the Enterprise Modelling fundamentals by presenting the ISO modelling framework and standards
- Know the concept of « Business Process » and the Business Process Management approach
- Know how to use the business process modelling and particularly : Business Process for Reengineering
- Implement such an approach on a simple use case.

Course 5.2 : Business Process Management
- Presentation of the fundamentals of "Enterprise Modeling".
- Concepts, challenges, techniques and tools for Business Process Management (BPM) and Business Process Reengineering (BPR).
- Approach of the process framework.
- Practical work with a BPM software and application of the procedure on a simple case.
- Application on an industrial real and emblematic case.
